What You’ll Need to Make a Claim

- Receipts for expenses (medical, transport, accommodation)
- Medical reports or doctor/hospital documentation
- Proof of trip delay, cancellation, or interruption (airline confirmation)
- Police report for theft or loss
- Proof of payment or invoices for prepaid expenses

- The claims team reviews your documentation and may request additional details.
- Processing times vary by insurer and claim type.
