QBE's - OMEGA is a Worldwide Travellers Assistance Service on call 24/7 to provide you with assistance when you need it most. One call connects you to our experienced case managers who are specially trained to deal with difficulties that may confront travellers overseas. Passport Partner Assistance Card provided with your policy, contains the information needed to activate this service for Medical, Hospital, Repatriation, Reschedule Travel Plans, Loss of Passport, Visa, Travel Documents, Luggage etc, in an emergency
Cooling off Period ... If, having purchased a QBE Travel Insurance policy, you want to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the Certificate of Insurance and obtain a full refund, provided no right or power has been exercised under it by you (eg no claim has been made) and your trip has not commenced. QBE's Distributor will arrange for a refund of the amount payable within 15 business days of you cancelling your policy. The Cooling Off Period does not apply to policy or trip extensions.
